  Delivery from this Domino's has been shocking recently. Had two bad experiences recently where one of my orders had drinks missing and when I called to get a refund/get them to actually deliver it. I was put on hold for 10+ minutes and then hung up on. After that they wouldn't answer the phone.
  The second time my order was delivered to my neighbour and once they found the food it was covered in ants and gone cold. I even put in a feedback on the website for this circumstance since I was quite annoyed and never even got a response or money back.

  This is the worst outlet I have come across. Not sure how they still have business. I ordered pizza for a lunch party requesting delivery by 1pm, at 1.30pm it had still not arrived. The app was not updating, so I could not check the where the driver was. I had to drive to the outlet to find out about my order. The guy there told me that the order has been dispatched even without looking at my order, it only took me 3 min to the store, so I could not have missed the delivery. When the pizzas finally arrived, I questioned the driver, he told me he had to come from keysborough to pick up the order from this store and deliver to my place. This not the first time.

  Hi, I ordered a large pizza today. Asked extra cheese, extra 2 chilli flakes, pineapple and prawns. With that I ordered a garlic bread as well. I was very happy about the delivery time and the politeness of the deliverer.
  But the pizza was hopeless. I couldn't see any cheese in that at all. The three toppings do not worth$7.00 charged. The cost of a normal pizza is advertised fir $15.00. But I have been charged $21.55. Totally disappointed. My total bill was $32.80. I sm not happy at all.

  I feel sorry for the poor bloke making the pizzas tonight. He’s being over run by orders. With only him and a driver rostered on. Ordered pizzas for delivery. After being about 15-20mins late I called the store to see where my order was. To find out it would be quicker to pick up. So went down to get them to find that there was only him working there, phones ringing and orders coming through all while he’s busting his guts to make orders. Thanks to the bloke making the pizzas.

  Less meats taste bad..
  
  Not good Domino’s Lysterfield
  
  I order the same from domino’s cheltenham and they are awesome..
  
  Not ordering again.. bad bad bad
  
  I called to get this fixed the guy who attended call was rude and gave me a stupid reply that they weight the pizza.. and meats .. since I customised the pizza they can’t help.
  
  Great service . Keep it up.
  Pizza goes in bin ..

  I placed my order online for delivery and after an hour of placing my order my pizza was still stuck on the "cooking" phase. I ended up calling to cancel and refund my order, only after I was left on hold for a further 10 minutes on the phone. I won't be coming back.
